Why haven't I been paid yet?

LibDib pays Makers in 60 days once the product has been shipped. If the 60 days have passed and you have not been paid yet, please check the following:

• Have you sent LibDib an invoice for the purchase? Send all invoices to invoices@libdib.com. 
  
  
• Have you paid your LibShip invoice or any other fees (non-ship etc) that might be owed to LibDib? Per our Terms of Service, LibDib reserves the right to hold payment until a Maker has paid all outstanding invoices due to LibDib.
  
  
• Are you set up on Bill.com and able to receive payment?
  
  
• Check the shipping dates. Has it been 60 days since the shipment left your facility?
