How will I get paid?
LibDib pays Makers 60 days from the time of shipment (that means the sooner you get your product shipped out, the sooner you get paid!). LibDib uses Bill.com to pay Makers.
Makers must submit an invoice to LibDib in order to get paid. Please submit all invoices to invoices@libdib.com.
New Makers, please send a request to billing@libdib.com to get set up with a Bill.com account.
When LibDib is ready to pay, you will receive an email to register for Bill.com. You’ll need to sign up one time but future payments happen automatically. Depending on your financial institution, an automated deposit or a check is received.
Makers are encouraged to setup a free account and enter their own banking information to get paid via ACH which is faster and more reliable than getting paid via checks.
