How will I get paid?

LibDib pays Makers through Bill.com, 60 days from shipment. You can connect with LibDib on Bill.com yourself in a few minutes, with no need to email our billing team.

Payment Terms

• 60 days from shipment. LibDib pays Makers 60 days after the order ships. The sooner your product ships, the sooner you get paid.
• Send us an invoice. An invoice is required for every payment. Send yours to invoices@libdib.com.
• Paid through Bill.com. All Maker payments go out through Bill.com, a free third-party payment service.

Set Up Bill.com Yourself 

You only need to do this once. After that, every payment arrives automatically.

1. Go to LibDib's Bill.com network page: https://app01.us.bill.com/neo/network/libdib
2. Sign in to your Bill.com account, or create a free one.
3. Connect with LibDib.
4. Enter your bank information so you're paid by ACH direct deposit. ACH is faster and more reliable than a paper check.

Make sure the business name on your Bill.com account matches the licensed business name on your LibDib account, so we can match your payments correctly.
