For non Gold or Silver Makers that need one time immediate service for a pending, timely order, there is an hourly Rush Charge of $150 for the first hour, $100 thereafter. A $150 minimum for a Rush Charge must be paid in advance prior to any phone communications with a Portfolio Manager or other team members.
Why a Rush Charge? A Portfolio Manager is being pulled away from work or meetings that have already been scheduled, usually with a Gold or Silver Maker who is paying for the convenience of timely service. A non-tiered Maker that needs assistance within one business day can email makers@libdib.com with “Rush Service Request” in the subject line. Please put as many details about the project in the emails. If the request seems feasible so that the order can go through, an invoice from Stripe will be sent. Once it is paid, a Portfolio Manager will be assigned and will reach out within one business day.
A Rush Request may not be feasible due to compliance/price posting timelines. LibDib’s regular response time (via makers@libdib.com) for non-tiered Makers is a maximum of 72 hours (3 days). It is most often faster than that, but for timing purposes, Makers should plan on three days for assistance.
As always, our Help Center can answer many questions Makers may have.
