What if I can't fulfill an order?

We understand that sometimes you can’t fulfill an order whether it’s because you’ve changed vintage or are simply out of stock. However, it is the responsibility of the Maker to maintain their current offerings on LibDib. There is a $25 fee for non-shipped orders. Please click here to review the policy. 

To avoid the non-ship fee, please notify LibDib immediately at orders@libdib.com and together, we’ll find a solution such as offering a substitute or a different vintage.
