Where's My Payment from LibDib?
Before You Reach Out, Check These Five Things
- Has it been 60 days from shipment? LibDib pays Makers 60 days after the order ships. If your order shipped fewer than 60 days ago, your payment isn't late yet.
- Have you sent us an invoice? Invoices are required for payment. Send yours to invoices@libdib.com. If you don't have an invoicing process, we strongly suggest setting one up right away. It keeps your payments on time and keeps your records ready for state and TTB audits, which can happen annually.
- Are you current with your membership fees? Membership fees are billed through Stripe. Log in to your Stripe account to confirm there are no missed or failed payments.
- Are you current with your LibShip fees? LibShip fees are sent to you by invoice via email. An unpaid LibShip invoice can hold up our payment to you.
-
Are you set up on Bill.com (it's free!)? LibDib sends Maker payments through Bill.com. If your Bill.com account isn't set up and connected, we can't send your payment. Click here to connect with bill.com.
The Fastest Way to Get Paid: Clear Any Open Invoices
We recommend two quick steps:- Search your email for invoices from LibDib and pay any that are open. This is the fastest way to release a held payment.
- Check your Stripe account to make sure you aren't missing any membership payments.
Please don't request a LibShip fee summary to resolve a held payment. Pulling and reviewing a full history takes our team time, which will further delay payments. Searching your inbox for LibDib invoices is much faster. All your sales information is in the LibDib platform (under the Selling Tab via Depletions or in the Orders tab.
