Where Is My Order?

We understand that waiting on an order can be frustrating, and we want to make the process as transparent as possible. Because LibDib is open to ALL family-owned, independent, small, and unique Makers of all types — not just large national brands with inventory positioned across the country — some orders may have longer fulfillment timelines, and we truly appreciate your patience and support of these independent suppliers.

LibDib works with a variety of Makers, warehouses, and delivery methods depending on the market and account type, delivery timelines can vary. Below are the most common scenarios and what to expect.

Step 1: Check Your Order Status

You can view your order status directly within your LibDib Buyer account by navigating to the Home page. 

Common order statuses include:

  • Ordered – Order has been received and is processing. 
  • Shipped – The order has left the warehouse or Maker facility.
  • Estimated – This is the “longest amount of time it should take to arrive” scenario. 
  • Delivered – The order has been completed.

Step 2: Understand How Your Order Is Being Fulfilled

LibDib orders may ship in different ways depending on the market and supplier setup.

Warehouse Fulfillment

Some orders are fulfilled from inventory held at a licensed warehouse and delivered via local delivery routes or compliant common carriers. These products are typically marked on the platform as “Arrives in 2 Days” within the offering information and generally arrive within that timeframe.


Shipment from the Maker

Some Makers ship orders directly to compliant warehouse locations or licensed accounts (depending on the state) using approved common carrier networks. In these situations, Makers are required to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt or communicate with our team the status. Our team will then communicate with the Buyer to keep them informed of the timing. 

Because of these different fulfillment models, delivery timing may vary depending on Maker operations, market requirements, weather, holidays, carrier schedules, compliance review, and inventory availability.

Typical Delivery Timing

While timelines vary by market and fulfillment method, most orders are delivered within the following windows:

  • 2 business days – Products marked “Arrives in 2 Days” and fulfilled from in-market inventory and will be delivered within two days to most accounts

  • 3–10 business days – Standard fulfillment timelines for all other orders

Additional time may occasionally be required for:

  • New account approvals
  • Compliance verification
  • Remote delivery areas
  • Inventory transfers
  • Weather or carrier delays

My Order Seems Delayed

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the LibDib Buyer Experience team and include:

  • Your account name
  • Order number
  • Market/state
  • Products ordered

The fastest way to reach the team is by emailing buyers@libdib.com.

Our team can help determine whether the order is:

  • Awaiting shipment
  • In transit
  • Delayed by carrier or warehouse processing
  • Pending account or compliance review
