What kind of support can I expect from the LibDib team on my distribution journey?
The beauty of LibDib is that it is pretty much self serve. Over the years we have built out an incredible knowledge base within this Help Center that answers most, if not all, questions (and we add to it every week!).
Signing up is very intuitive and easy. All Makers are offered email support and can submit questions to makers@libdib.com (we try to respond within two business days).
Gold and Silver Makers will be assigned a Portfolio Manager they can email, text or call directly.
All new Makers to LibDib are provided with a 30 minute phone consultation to start their LibDib experience off on the right foot. Email makers@libdib.com to schedule an appointment.
