What Are LibDib’s Membership Plans? How Do I Sign Up?

Choose the LibDib Membership that fits your distribution needs


LibDib Memberships are designed to give Makers access to compliant three-tier distribution while allowing each brand to choose the level of support and services that best fits its business.

All Makers selling through LibDib are required to have an active Membership. Choose from LibDib Access, Silver, or Gold based on the markets, support, services, and account management your brand needs.

As your business grows, you can upgrade your Membership to access additional services.

LibDib Access

$199/month (special offer of $149 per month if Makers sign up before September 15, 2026)

LibDib Access is our self-service Membership for Makers who want access to LibDib's distribution network and platform.

Includes:

  • Access to all available LibDib markets
  • 20% LibDib markup
  • Unlimited product listings
  • Access to LibDib's Buyer network and Marketplace
  • Self-service Help Center resources
  • Libby, our online chat assistant
  • Email support via makers@libdib.com

Access is a great fit for Makers who are comfortable managing their own LibDib account efforts and day-to-day distribution activity with minimal support.

Please note: Chain and key account participation requires a Gold Membership. Certain markets or programs may also require a higher Membership level due to additional operational, compliance, inventory, or service requirements.

LibDib Silver

$250/month

Silver is designed for Makers who want lower distribution costs plus more direct support from the LibDib team.

Includes everything in Access, plus:

  • 15% LibDib markup
  • Dedicated Portfolio Manager
  • Discounted LibShip shipping
  • Off-cycle Offering approvals
  • Priority support

Silver is a good fit for growing Makers who want more hands-on assistance managing their LibDib business while continuing to drive their own sales.

LibDib Gold

$500/month

Gold is LibDib's highest level of Membership and is designed for Makers that need expanded operational support, chain access, inventory services, and more active account management.

Includes everything in Silver, plus:

  • 14% LibDib markup
  • Chain and key account support
  • Inventory management for approved chain programs
  • Samples support
  • Flexible inbound logistics
  • Enhanced Portfolio Management
  • Eligibility for email, social, marketing, and discounted banner advertising campaigns
  • Eligibility for Buyer introductions
  • Annual PR service

Gold Membership is required for participation with chain accounts, including accounts that require LibDib to purchase and manage inventory or provide additional operational support.

Why Do Memberships Require a Three-Month Minimum?

All LibDib Memberships require a minimum three-month commitment.

Distribution takes time. Compliance approvals, account setup, product onboarding, Buyer outreach, inventory coordination, and sales development do not always happen immediately. The three-month minimum gives Makers and LibDib's support team enough time to get brands and offerings established and begin using the services included with their Membership.

Membership fees are non-refundable. Once enrolled, LibDib begins providing platform access and allocating operational resources based on your selected Membership, regardless of whether sales or orders occur immediately.

Priority Onboarding

One-Time $500 Fee

Need additional help getting started? Priority Onboarding provides guided support to help get your LibDib account organized, compliant, and ready to sell.

Includes:

  • Two 30-minute meetings with a Portfolio Manager
  • One 30-minute meeting with a Compliance Expert
  • Final account review prior to Go Live

Priority Onboarding is separate from your monthly LibDib Membership.

What About LibSights?

LibSights is LibDib's data and insights platform, bringing together sales performance, inventory trends, and Buyer activity to help Makers better understand their business and identify opportunities for growth.

LibSights is available separately from your LibDib Membership. Speak to your Portfolio Manager for a demo. 

Ready to Choose Your Membership?

Signing up or changing your Membership is easy:

  1. Log into your LibDib account.
  2. Click My Profile in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Account Status from the left-hand menu.
  4. Choose Access, Silver, or Gold.
  5. Complete checkout securely through Stripe.
  6. Your new Membership benefits will be activated based on your selected plan.

Silver and Gold Makers will also be connected with their Portfolio Manager within 1 business day. 

Which Membership Is Right for Me?

Choose Access if:
You primarily need access to LibDib's markets, platform, and distribution infrastructure and are comfortable operating primarily through self-service tools.

Choose Silver if:
You want a lower markup, discounted shipping, faster Offering support, and direct access to a Portfolio Manager. Pro Tip: At a $200 price point per case, selling 10 cases a month, Silver pays for itself.  

Choose Gold if:
You sell to or plan to sell to chain accounts, need inventory management or samples support, or want LibDib's highest level of operational and account support.

You can upgrade your Membership as your distribution needs change.
