Prop 65

For questions regarding Proposition 65 compliance, we have to refer you to your legal counsel and/or any industry-specific associations (Wine Institute, Beer Institute, Distilled Spirits Council, etc) for specific advice. Many trade organizations have worked tirelessly on behalf of their members (and continue to do so) to provide routes to compliance for producers.

You can visit https://www.kellydigital.com/q-store/prop65/to register and order Prop 65 signage free of charge, and use the below excel table as an example to list any of your products containing BPA with Prop 65 Sign Management Company -- submit this information via email to info@prop65signmanagement.com. While we cannot provide legal advice, it may be in your best interest to provide signs to all resellers on an ongoing basis. We definitely recommend that you add any products containing BPA to the list and email it as soon as possible.
