What happens if a Maker has a bill to LibDib that is overdue?

Per our Terms of Service, LibDib reserves the right to cease any operational functions if there are outstanding payments a Maker owes to LibDib (billbacks for LibShip, LibShip freight, non-ship fees etc).

A Maker may see a delay in payment or removal from the platform.
