If I'm shipping from my Winery/Distillery, it's going to take longer for the Buyer to receive their order. Is that an issue?

Buyers understand that the "case at a time" model can take a bit longer and they have been receptive to shipments taking a little longer than traditional wholesalers in exchange for no minimums and access to products they wouldn't have had access to in the first place. Good things come to those that wait!

That being said, don’t make them wait too long! When you agree to our Terms of Service, you agree to ship product out within 2 business days but we encourage Makers to ship out as soon as possible for the best customer experience and better chances for reorders.
