Insperity
When employees have questions about their benefits, enrollments, changes, etc., there are a few ways that employees can get these service questions answered via the Insperity’s Contact Center Team (M-F, 5am – 5pm PST).
Employees should use the Contact Center Team to answer their questions, because all communications are recorded and monitored to ensure consistency and accuracy of information provided.
The most efficient way to get questions answered is to use our Click & Chat feature via Insperity Premier.
From any page click on | Contact Us | on the bottom of the page, and then click on the ‘CHAT NOW' button.
