      How will I receive product?

      Buyers will receive shipments through LibDib's warehouse partner or LibShip (FedEx), depending on the market and the location of the Buyer.

      The average arrival time is 2-10 business days and orders may arrive in multiple shipments. Buyers will receive delivery updates by email and/or SMS message, depending on their notification preferences which can be set in their LibDib profile. They also can sign in to their LibDib account at any time to see delivery status.

      *If an order has multiple Makers/brands on it, LibDib will split into multiple orders, invoices and possibly shipments.

      An invoice will be delivered with the shipment(s) in addition to an e-invoice that will be emailed to the billing email address on file.

      To provide a specific billing email address, update email/text notification preferences, and/or provide special delivery window requests, Buyers can sign in to their account and make changes under the PROFILE section.
