A Digital Request (DR) is how a Maker (sales rep, brand ambassador, owner, etc.) notifies LibDib that a Buyer wants to place an order.
Now, with the LibDib Mobile App, it’s easier than ever to create and submit a DR right from your phone. For example, if a Buyer says, “Yes, I’d like to order a case. Please have your distributor contact me,” you can open the app, create a Digital Request in just a few taps, and send it directly to LibDib.
Once received, LibDib confirms the Buyer’s demand and manages all the compliance and fulfillment steps needed to process and deliver the order. Think of it as the modern, mobile version of texting your sales rep to place an order—quick, compliant, and easy to do on the go.
Digital Requests via the LibDib Mobile App are currently available on iPhone only. Android access will be available in a future update.
Follow the steps and images below:
Step 1: Download the mobile app from the iPhone App store
Step 2: Login using your email and password
Step 3: Click Create Digital Request
Step 4: Use an existing template or create a new one
Step 5: Add items to Cart 
Step 6: Then click, Create Digital Request
Step 7: Select a New Customer or choose an existing one. Fill out all required fields

Step 8: Submit Digital Request

Step 9: LibDib will process the order
To view Digital Request History, click on Selling tab, sub-tab Digital Request History.
