Launching (or “going live”) in a new market with LibDib is an important step—and it looks a little different in each state.
Because alcohol distribution is regulated at the state level, requirements can vary across:
- Pricing & price posting
- Compliance & licensing
- Logistics & shipping setup
- Order fulfillment & timelines
That said, you don’t have to navigate it alone. LibDib is built to simplify this process and help you get to market quickly and confidently.
What “Going Live” Means
When you are live in a market, your products are:
- Fully set up and approved for sale
- Submitted correctly according to state requirements
- Available for Buyers to discover and order (once approved)
- Ready for compliant fulfillment and delivery
What to Expect
Each state has its own process and timing, but generally includes:
- Offering & Compliance Setup
Submitting required product details, registrations, and approvals - Pricing Configuration
Suggesting pricing that aligns with state-specific rules (including any posting requirements) * - Logistics Coordination
Ensuring your shipping and fulfillment plan is aligned with that market - Final Review & Activation
Once everything is approved, your products will be activated and available to Buyers
