What does "hit a dock" mean?
Some states require wine and/or spirits to "hit a dock" (at our licensed or partner warehouse), also known as "at rest" laws, before being delivered to the Buyer. LibDib operates in a three-tier compliant manner to meet each state's warehousing requirement.
