Do I Need Multiple Memberships If I Have More Than One LibDib Account?
No. If the same Maker/company has multiple LibDib accounts, you only need to pay one Membership fee.
Sometimes a Maker needs more than one LibDib account because of the way their products, licenses, importers, or production relationships are structured. We understand that—and we don't want you paying multiple Membership fees simply because your business requires multiple accounts.
Why might a Maker have multiple LibDib accounts?
There are several reasons why the same Maker may need separate accounts within LibDib, including:
- Different importers for different products or markets
- A separate Colorado importer
- Different co-packers or production partners
- Different types or categories of products
- Other licensing or compliance requirements that require products to be set up under separate accounts
One Maker = One Membership Fee
If the accounts belong to the same Maker entity/company, your LibDib Membership fee will only be charged once.
For example, if your company has two LibDib accounts because one portfolio uses a different importer, you do not need to purchase two Memberships. The same applies if a compliance or operational requirement means we need to maintain multiple accounts for your company.
Your applicable Membership benefits can be associated with your related accounts once our team confirms that they belong to the same Maker/company.
Have Multiple Accounts? Let Us Know.
If you have multiple LibDib accounts—or think you may need an additional account—just let us know so we can make sure they are properly associated.
Contact your Portfolio Manager or email Makers@libdib.com, and our team will take care of it.
The important thing to remember: Membership is based on the Maker/company, not the number of LibDib accounts required to support your business.
