Colorado Importers
Makers must have a Colorado state importer - Each state has its own compliance requirements. Colorado is unique in that it requires the use of an "importer" for products coming into the state. Unlike other states, the importer must be a separate entity from the distributor (which is LibDib). A Maker can become an importer themselves or use an importer like Sojourner Imports or ASE. For more information check the compliance tab on your LibDib profile.
